Q: How is the evening structured?
A: Normally a quick chat first and catch up, and then everyone goes to there mini groups, The groups do different songs and different player skill levels, from absolute beginner to cowboy chords to intermediate and Pro. We also now finish with a centre stage moment if someone (volunteers) wants to showcase there work.

Q: I’m a complete beginner, will there be someone there to support me?
A: 100% Yes, we have several members that are dedicated to looking after beginners.

Q: Will I have to play my guitar in front of everyone?
A: No, only together in your chosen group.

Q: How much does it cost to join?
A: The club is FREE to join, but we do ask for a £1 coin every time you attend to go towards the room hire.

Q: Do I need to bring an Amp and pedals?
A: No, the club is unplugged, there are no amps and pedals permitted.

Q: Can I use a Semi Acoustic guitar?
A: Yes of course, but as above it will have to be played unplugged.

Q: I can only attend every couple of weeks, it that OK?
A: No problem at all, pop along when you can, you will always be welcome.

Q: Can I bring my 14 year old son?
A: Sorry the club is for over 18’s only.

Q: What do I need before I join the Club?
A:

• Steel string acoustic guitar – always better if it has a strap fitted.
• Guitar tuner or guitar tuning App.
• Guitar Picks (Plectrums).
• A Capo is always handy too.
